There is no comparison between our party trays and our competition.  All the meats and cheeses we use are high end products--no processed or aged meats and no fillers.  All our trays are artistically arranged and of generous portions, with your satisfaction foremost in our minds. We want you to have peace of mind when entertaining your guests.

CORPORATE CHOICE -  $5.50 per sandwich

Assortment of roast beef, turkey, ham, chicken salad and tuna salad, full-size sandwiches cut in half on fresh baked breads and / or large buttery croissants. All sandwiches include lettuce, tomato and cheese. Pickles, mayo and mustard packets on the side.

MINI WRAPS - $2.25 each

Delicious assortment of Ranchero, California, Ham & Italian Wraps, sliced into hearty portion “pinwheels” and attractively garnished.

PETITE ROLL SANDWICHES  - $2.50 each
(Minimum of 17)

Assorted freshly baked petite soft rolls filled with roast beef, turkey breast, ham, tuna salad, and all white meat chicken salad; all with lettuce and cheese. Mayo and Dijon on the side

MINI CROISSANT TRAY - $2.75 each

GOURMET PARTY TRAY

Consists of medium rare roast beef, lean corned beef, roasted turkey breast and ham with a variety of cheese and attractively garnished

FRESH FRUIT TRAY

Beautiful selection of the season’s fresh fruits, artistically arranged and pleasing to the eye and the palate.

VEGETABLE TRAY

Celery sticks, carrot sticks, jicama, mushrooms, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes and zucchini, tastefully garnished and with dip.

ELEGANT CHEESE TRAY

A variety of domestic & imported cheese, including Cheddar, Swiss, Gouda, Provolone and American with crackers, presented sliced or cracker-wedge style.

SHRIMP TRAY

Peeled and deveined, tail-on jumbo shrimp with cocktail sauce, lemon wedges and garnishes.
