SOUPS AND QUICHES

At The Picnic Basket, all our delicious soups are homemade daily. Each day we offer a minimum of one cream soup and one broth soup and many days much more!  In addition we have delicious homemade chili available every day also, even in summer!

We make more than 40 different homemade soups, including classics such as Chicken Noodle, Split Pea, Beef Barley, Cream of Potato, French Onion and Hearty Vegetable. Some of the more popular soups include Chicken Pot Pie, Corn Chowder, Chicken Tortilla, Seafood Bisque, Chicken Enchilada, Stuffed Pepper and Cream of Chicken with Wild Rice.

More exotic are the Hearty Italian Chicken, Black Bean and Rice, Chicken Florentine, Southwest Vegetable and Chicken Lasagna.
